Eigentlich eine schöne Wurzel, aber leider nicht so gut verpackt

Ich hatte eine Mangrovenwurzel (30-40cm) zusammen mit einer sogenannten Affenleiter bestellt. Beides wurde zusammen in einem hohen Karton verschickt. An und für sich ist das für mich kein Problem, wenn mehrere Artikel zusammen verschickt werden. Das geht meistens schneller und schont die Umwelt. Leider hat die Mangrovenwurzel allerdings darunter gelitten.

Es wurde - und das rechne ich dem M&S Team hoch an - darauf geachtet, dass ich eine Wurzel nach meinen Vorstellungen zugeschickt bekomme. (Man konnte dies bei der Bestellung als Notiz angeben.) Nur leider sind aufgrund der eher mäßigen Verpackung die ganzen Enden der Mangrovenwurzel angebrochen und teilweise sogar abgebrochen. Das sieht im Terrarium dann leider nicht mehr so schön aus, so dass ich hier nochmal etwas Arbeit hineinstecken und die Problemstellen kaschieren und evtl. auch mit etwas Heißkleber flicken muss.

Wäre die Wurzel bei dieser Größe nur halb so teuer gewesen, dann hätte ich ja nichts gesagt. Aber bei über 20 Euronen ist das leider nicht akzeptabel. Mit ein bisschen Luftpolsterfolie oder ähnlichem Verpackungsmaterial hätte man so was verhindern können. Daher gibt es von mir nur 6 von 10 möglichen Sternchen. Der Support ist im Allgemeinen aber, und das möchte ich abschließend nochmal deutlich betonen, wirklich sehr gut bei M&S Reptilien.
